To help in planning this year's meeting we encourage you to pre-register for the meeting before March 23, 2007. Check your address label for a 12/07 or later expiration date following your last name to see if you are a current member (if unsure, call Cindy at 480-965-2490 or Cindy.Zisner@asu.edu). You are also encouraged to pay your 2007 dues on this form. We do accept credit cards through Paypal below or if you prefer you may print off and mail in a registration form. We will also invoice from a PO. Please fill in the shipping address as that is where membership information and future newsletters will be sent. FEDERAL TAX I.D. NO. 86-0553496.
