To help in planning this year's meeting we encourage you to pre-register for the meeting before March 28, 2007. Check your address label for a 12/08 or later expiration date following your last name to see if you are a current member (if unsure, call Cindy at 480-965-2490 or Cindy.Zisner@asu.edu). You are also encouraged to pay your 2008 dues on this form. We do accept credit cards through Paypal below or if you prefer a check you may print off and mail in a registration form. We will also invoice from a PO. If using PayPal, please fill in the shipping address in PayPal as that is where membership information and future newsletters will be sent. FEDERAL TAX I.D.
